Facebook: Imprint & data protection

With our Facebook appearance we would like to maintain and expand the direct contact to our online visitors. With our hints, contributions and offers we want to win them over. Statistical analyzes for our own market research purposes should help us to remain attractive for them.

According to Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. f DSGVO, the use of Facebook is in our legitimate interest to publish information and orders. Of course, we consider it important to inform them as transparently as possible about the privacy-related matters that we have to answer for.

Facebook captures its IP address when visiting our Facebook page

and other data that exists in the form of cookies on your device. The data that collects these cookies about their use of the information provided by us, evaluates Facebook. Facebook provides us with this data as statistical information.

The data collected by them will be used by Facebook Ltd. processed and, where appropriate, transferred to countries outside the EU. What information Facebook receives and how it is used, Facebook describes in general terms in its privacy policy.
In what extent their data uses Facebook for their own purposes, how long Facebook stores the data, to what extent their activities on the
Facebook pages of Facebook is assigned to individual users and whether their data will be disclosed to third parties, is not finalized by Facebook.

If you wish to exercise your right to information, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, data transfer and or right of objection, you are welcome to contact us as part of the business tools we use. You can also contact the competent supervisory authority if you have any complaints. Facebook takes the main responsibility and if necessary we forward your request to Facebook as we share the responsibility for our Facebook appearances with Facebook according to the following agreement: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum

We delete the statistical information provided by Facebook
in a pseudonymised form, at the latest 14 months after collection.
